I’m in dire straits. My person said the pet store here doesn’t have any dog costumes that would fit me. I don’t know what to do. I tried using a towel as a cape, but it’s just not working. I just don’t feel like Super Dog. Maybe I could use the anxiety wrap that my person got me – but that doesn’t feel like a costume anymore – and besides, I’d rather put that away for good, or at least until next thunder season.
Maybe I could wrap Scratchy around my neck – after all, he is a black cat. He’d never go for it though. What to do, what to do. People clothes. I could put on one of my person’s T shirts. No, that would never work. I’d just look like a dog wearing a T shirt. I wouldn’t be anything special. I want to be something. I want to be some dog.
Hey, I’ve got it. Check this out. I had it all the time. All I had to do was sit up straight. Look at me. I’m Super Dog!

You look cool! I don’t think I’ll be wearing a costume this year. I always try to bite them off. I do have a bandana, though, and I don’t mind those so much as long as they don’t flop around.

You got it, Bongo!!! Love it! Last year at this time, my Boxer girl was just 3 months old, so being a little puppy, I put a diaper on her and she wore a bib, and she went as a baby.:) This year, umm. Not sure. Don’t you hate how they don’t have costumes for big dogs? Hope you get lots of treats!

My niece and nephew would be happy if you wanted to be a dog-sledding dog. But they might pull your tail and that probably wouldn’t be fun. Super Dog seems like the best alternative.

So glad Chedster loved the pics. Don’t tell him I said this (it’s embarrassing for a dog to be caught saying good things about a cat) but Chedster’s so beautiful the way he is that he would just mess it up if he wore clothes.
