My Person’s a Traitor

09 Aug

Bongo on the trailI can’t believe my person did that to me.

She’s a traitor.

Here’s what happened.

I took her on our walk as usual.

When we were almost back to the beginning of my trail we saw a bunch of my neighbor dogs hanging out.

The two little dogs I like, but those two German Shephards – they’re my arch enemies.

I don’t like them at all.

.

So you know what my person did?

The moon near Sugarloaf

I think the moon must have gotten to her.

Because she took me back home and locked me in dog jail.

Then she went right back out on the trails – my trails mind you, with those two German Shepherds and their people.

And they climbed to the top of that rock that the moon is next to.

I hope they used the trail around the back of it.

What am I saying?

For all I care, they could have climbed up the steepest part.

After all, they didn’t take me!

Fredrieka, I wish you lived closer – then we could walk on my trails together and leave my person behind.

Well, my goodness sweet Bongo, why do you suppose she did that? We think maybe she may have done it for your safety, what do you think? But they could have taken the shepherds and put them in dog jail so you could walk your trail. Hugs and nose kisses

Chancy, my person says the shepherds don’t have a problem with me – that it’s my problem with them. I don’t know what she’s talking about. You’re right – they should stay in dog jail.

This is high treason! How could she leave you behind? Hmm, could it be she wanted to protect you from the full moon? They say it can turn a doggy to a wolf! Well, in any case, Bongo, better safe than sorry! 😉

Marina, I might be better off as a wolf. Then I could give the coyotes what for for sure. They were out howling last night.

Cupcake, I bet I could have gotten her there faster. Her loss I guess.

Very strange…..why your person didn’t take you to the climbing together??? What was her problem being with you? Why those German Shepherds could go???

Kevin, I don’t get it either. Something about I try to give those German Shepherds what for. I don’t have any idea what my person is talking about.

OMG, I hope your person has not become lunatic! Do changes of the moon cause changes in her behavior? BOL!!!

Kolytyi, that might be the case. Sometimes she even gets her camera out when the moon is full.

Susan, it’s even worse. She went on that hike with two dogs – neither of which was me.

Thanks Marty. First it’s the moon – now it’s thunderstorms. I can’t take my person out in the storms because she might get scared.
