Climbing School

17 Oct

Bongo looking at a vehicle with a paw print and a climbing school signI was heading out to my trails when something caught my attention in the parking lot.

The only obvious conclusion is that they are offering a climbing school for dogs.

Or maybe a climbing school with dogs as the instructors.

That would make sense.

Us four leggers are much better at climbing than two leggers.

And we could teach them a thing or two.

I bet they’re up there on my trails somewhere.

Probably heading for those tall rocks.

And I’m going after them.

Bongo heading up the trail

Come on, person. Don’t slow me down.

I’ve got to go sign up to teach climbing.

Lily & Edward, it wouldn’t be any problem for me if my person didn’t keep pulling back on my leash.

What splendid ideas you get Bongo, only a really intelligent dog would think of something like that

You seem to cope with a serious problem, Bongo: in order to let your person attend that climbing school, she should already have some climbing skills so that she could follow you there.

Kolytyi, you are so right. I might have to give her some private lessons before I let her into the school.

GAH! You’ll be a superfun teacher, B. Take a picture when you get to the top.

Cupcake, I’ll do that for sure. Wait. I’m either going to have to get my person’s camera away from her – or I’m going to have to make her come to the top with me.

Did you find them Bongo? I believe you would make a very good teacher You could teach your Persons a thing or two about the art of climbing, as well as the younger the dogs.
    Have a good day

Mary, I’m still looking for them, but if I can’t find them I think I’ll start my own climbing school.

Hmmm….Bongo…please do not tell your cats about the climbing school with dogs…because they are much much better to climb than we dogs do, so they might ask the school to hire them!

Thanks for the advice Kevin. I’ll make sure the cats stay in the house so the climbing school doesn’t know anything about them.
