I have a little friend that comes over to visit sometimes. When his mother brings him I get really excited. I’m not sure why, but I usually get locked in a bedroom. This makes me mad and I scratch on the door until someone lets me out. Usually my little friend comes and lets me out after his mother leaves. I like playing with him.
There’s a problem though. Lots of times my little friend and my person get on the floor and play with each other. And they ignore me! I don’t like being ignored so I get right in the middle of them and start playing. The problem is that my little friend is so little that I sometimes knock him down. He doesn’t seem to mind but my person locks me in the bedroom again.
Sometimes I have to scratch on the door for a long time. Ignored again. Eventually my little friend wants the Nerf guns that are locked in this room with me. Yay! Not only do I get out of here, but I get to chase Nerf darts. My little friend must be a bad aim though. It’s really hard to chase the darts for him when they’re all hitting me.

God, this is the saddest story I’ve ever heard. I would never lock you up. Never, ever, ever!

Maxim, I totally agree. It’s the pits to be locked up. -Bongo

Somehow I don’t think you mind that the little fella has bad aim. I think you just want to play.

You’re right rumpydog. I don’t care where they land. It’s so much fun to play.

So he likes firing darts at you does he? Wouldn’t it be a shame if the little skin got his head accidently stuck down the back of the sofa?

I wouldn’t want that to happen to my little friend. I really don’t mind the darts. They’re soft so they don’t hurt and as long as he’s shooting them I’m having fun. -Bongo
