Scratchy
I’m really upset about this – and maybe a little humiliated. Whose blog is this anyway? This is supposed to be a dog blog. Where did all the cats come from?
My person says I need to explain myself. She likes to look at all the searches that find my blog. The ones that keep coming up all the time are the searches that find that dead mouse that my person drew.
I don’t mind that so much. At least the mouse is dead. But there was a new search that found my blog and I’m not happy about it at all. I don’t even want to admit it.
Okay person, I’ll tell them. The search was “bongo cat.” Do they think I’m a cat, or what? This blog is about dogs – there shouldn’t be any cats on it. I know Scratchy steals my blog sometimes. Maybe I should erase his posts so I’m not associated with cats in any way. Look at all these pictures that came up.
At least these pictures show me giving Scratchy what for.
But then I found these other cats. These are my cousin cats that I didn’t even get to harass meet. My person visited them and put their pictures on my blog.

And – do you believe it? The only picture from my blog that came up on that search that doesn’t have a cat in it has a picture of a pesky squirrel.

Hey Bongo! Sorry we haven’t talked in awhile– we’ve been very busy but I’ll tell you, we were shocked to come on your page and see Scratchy taking it over! Just yesterday, Roory decided to lay on the new dog bed all day + not let any of the dogs on. I don’t know who these cats think they are. On another note, I think it is you, Bongo, who is the famous one…I always get searches for “Bongos dog biscuits” 🙂

Deanna, my person has been using that busy word a lot lately too and hasn’t had much time to look at my friend’s blogs. I don’t know about those cats. They think they’re going to take over the world – but us dogs are going to have something to say about that.

Awww, poor Bongo…you can look at it this way though at least that mouse is bringing traffic (even if it is cats) to your blog. In comparison to yourself Bongo, cats are lowly creatures and can never ever hope to obtain the great following that you have from us humans and their animals friends…so to allow ‘ cats’ to invade your blog once in a blue moon..is not really too much..Is it?
And to be honest they are really rather beautiful….not as handsome and regal as yourself of course but they are interesting

Well, you know how cats can get through all those tiny holes…but a worm hole is REALLY tiny…so you are probably safe….unless the cats are passing notes to Scratchy. (But you can handle that one!)
