I think I’m developing a love/hate relationship with my person’s camera.
Sometimes I get stuck at home because that camera gets first dibs on the picture hikes.
But today I got to go somewhere I rarely get to go – because my person wanted to take pictures for her class.
And it was fun.
First we stopped at my buddy Pablo’s house to pick up Pablo and his person. And now I’m really jealous.
I found out that Pablo has a creek near his house. And he doesn’t even care.
My person made me get out of the creek, and then we all got in the car and headed to a trail.
Not one of my trails, mind you. This was a different one.
We got to climb up on Bell Rock.
Right next to Courthouse Butte.
But my person spent so much time taking pictures…
that I had to walk her back to the car in the dark.
It’s a good thing she brought me along. She might have gotten lost without me.

Thanks Bacon. And I did have great fun in the creek. I’m going to have to go visit my buddy Pablo more often.

That creek looks like a blast! Why couldn’t that be the assignment? Then you could’ve stayed in the water all day!

Cupcake, maybe I should talk to my person’s teacher and let him know that they have to have a water assignment. Water with a dog swimming in it, that is.

You look funny in the water. It’s good that your person took you with her. Else she’d been totaly lost.

Stanze, I’m sure my person would have been wandering around all night if I hadn’t been with her.

You don’t look happy in the creek picture. You person must have been telling you to come out. You’re right about helping to get her back to her car though. People have terrible night eyes.

Lola, you must be able to read my mind. That’s just what was happening in the creek. I didn’t get to stay in there for long. But I guess it was good I got out or my person would have been lost in the dark for sure.

You know, Bongo, for all your complaining you have it pretty good. My catkid, Teddy, never gets to go anywhere except to the vet. I have had him almost 2 years and his feet have never touched earth!

Patricia, Scratchy – the cat I live with – never gets to go out either. He used to sneak out sometimes, but now if he starts going out a door someone just has to look at him and he runs back inside.

Benny & Lily, I’m glad I’m not the only one. I guess it doesn’t make it better for any of us though.

You seemed to have a fabulous long walk! The last picture is breathtatking! Which makes us feel as if we were standing there looking at the beautiful sunset in real! 🙂

Kevin, I wish you could be here to watch the sunset with me. It would be like a dog party with fireworks – that don’t make any noise.

Ah, Bongo, your person is taking such beautiful photos …well mainly the ones with you!!!
🙂 She is so lucky having you to guide her! 🙂

Marina, I think my person should only take pictures of me. But I guess it was more important to do my dogly duty and help my person find her way back to the car.

Looks like heaven, Bongo that must have been the best walk home. I have to admit that your person makes beautiful pictures, but I prefer the first and the second pic 😉 Pawkiss 🙂

Thanks Little Binky. I think my person needs to figure out that pictures are always better when I’m in them.
