I headed down my trails when I noticed something terrible had happened.
Something disastrous.
I’m not sure what it was, but it must have been very disturbing.
Something so distressing that even the rocks were upset.
I tried to ask them what had happened but they couldn’t answer me.
.
You see, they had cracked.
Poor rocks.
I wonder if there’s a looney bin for rocks.
They need some special care.
I found one more rock to ask, but I’m not sure what was going on with this rock.
My question was totally serious – yes, I can be serious when I want to – but for some reason this rock thought I was being funny.
Or maybe it thought that I’m funny.
I hope it didn’t think I’m funny looking.
But anyway, when I tried to ask this rock what happened…
it cracked up.

How rude for that rock to laugh at you. But in this case, I’m kind of glad he laughed AT you and not WITH you. I don’t think your person wants to pick up the pieces of you…. Messy!
Love and licks,
Cupcake

Cupcake, I hadn’t thought of that. I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t crack up too.

I’m good with that, as long as you don’t take me for granite. (ewwww, that was bad–even for me).

Rocks look like they hit crunch time. Rocks need to lighten up. Walk gently Bongo!

Karen, if they lighten up too much I’ll be walking on sand.

Kevin, I totally agree with you too. And my person says she has to laugh when I get into mischief – or she might cry. I don’t get it. I never do anything wrong.
