Hey person, you can’t put these pictures on my blog.
Everyone’s going to see how much I’ve messed up messy your yard is.
I only claim the yard when it’s not messed up.
So anyway, it’s Monday Mischief Day and my younger person is always pulling mischief on me.
He’s always leaving and going to that college place.
So I decided I would start pulling mischief on him.
If I’m out in the yard when my younger person is home and my person wants me to come in I run off.
Now, I know that sounds like I’m pulling mischief on my person instead of my younger person.
But that’s not the case at all.
You see, I refuse to come in until my younger person comes out to get me.
Because that means he has to get up from whatever he’s doing and come outside.
And he usually grumps about it too.
But I’m really doing him a favor.
He needs the exercise and fresh air.
Sure, I’ll come in for you –
If you let me take you for a walk.

OMG, Bongo, I hope that thingy is not the foundation of an outdoor dog jail?

Kolytyi, it’s just the empty garden. The stakes were from a fence that used to be there to keep me out. Oh wait. I think that’s what they’re from. Now you’ve got me worried.

It sounds like you’ve got this all worked out Bongo. I’m glad that you’re thinking of your younger person too & he might grumble but I’ll bet he appreciates your thoughtfulness.

Diane, my younger person doesn’t appreciate it – but someday he’ll look back and realize what a good dog I’ve been to give him all this exercise.

Excellent work Bongo, making younger person get off his behind so you can take him on a walk! Fresh air is good for every being.

Cupcake, that’s the best kind of mischief there is. Especially if you have adventures while you’re out walking.

Our backyard is a muddy mess right now – just swept off the patio (as if that’s gonna help). Keep away is a brilliant idea…prefer it played by 2 dogs, though – not when it’s time to get your feet wiped off and come inside!

Karen, I wish I could play muddy keep away with Molly and The German. That sounds like fun.

Oh, the German is back home. Both are exhausted, but missing the companionship…we may have to do Face Time with them…and more rain. May play outside tomorrow if it’s sunny and just get a bath afterwards ( don’t tell!)

What a good boy you’re Bongo! You try to let your younger person exercise for his health! Sedona where you live has a wonderful scenery, so it will be a shame if you miss it! Yes humans need more exercise like us dogs!

Kevin, I think that’s one of our main jobs. To make sure our people get their exercise. And especially around here. I heard that it’s pretty at that college place where my younger person goes – but not anything like Sedona.
