Either that car was going too fast or that bird was flying way too slow.
They should have let me drive.

Silly duck for flying so low
he should have known which way to go
then his head would not be stuck
out of the back of someones truck
But the picture which is you
is so elegant, ter-wit ter-woo
You sit like one in control complete
sitting nicely in your seat
head held high, and back so straight
but patiently you have to wait
lots of love and kisses too
all are sent from me to you xxxxxx

Patrecia, for some reason this post and your poem ended up in my Spam box. But I found them and rescued them.

Oh now I know what you think of my talents….lol ?

That bird has made his last squawk! What a decoration!
Love and licks,

Cupcake, that decoration is definitely unique. It makes me want to decorate my room – I mean my dog jail. If I use birds I bet I could lure the cats in there and lock the door.

I wonder what would have happened if you drove the car, Bongo…..MOL….. I love your picture, you’re looking quite excited. Pawkisses for a Happy Evening 🙂

Thanks Little Binky. If I drove the car I bet I would have two birds on the front of it.

Eeek! That looks rather scary… Whee find that a bit distressing as whee, too, are small fluffy and rather cute. What if the hoomans put us in their radiator grills?!

Pigs, no one would ever put you on their radiator grill. You’re too cute and nice.

It’s a cute duck.
I kind of thought so too Kimberly.

Ha, Bongo, you better give that bird a hand!!! …although it does look cute there!! 🙂
May 29, 2014 at 10:53 pm
Marina, I think I’ll give it a paw.
May 29, 2014 at 4:13 pm
What a quack!
Karen, I think it’s all quacked up.
May 29, 2014 at 6:04 pm
Love the title, Bongo. 😉 Possibly both – too slow duck and too fast car.

You should check the engine compartment whether there is a flock of ducklings!
May 31, 2014 at 12:23 pm
Kolytyi, I never thought of that. They might want me to let them out.
May 31, 2014 at 2:10 pm
Yep, if you were driving we bet you would have missed that bird. Hugs and nose kisses
May 31, 2014 at 7:32 pm
Chancy and Mumsy, I either would have missed it or I would have gotten a friend for it so it wouldn’t be lonely.

Behold the duck, he does not cluck. A cluck he lacks, he quacks.

What a great poem Dogdaz. That goes perfectly with the picture.
