I’m a genius!
I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before.
You see, my person is always making me wait while she takes pictures of flowers on my trails.
But she likes to take those pictures when the lighting is just right.
So I’ll only take her out on my trails when the lighting is all wrong.
When the sun is almost down and everything is in shadow.
The light’s no good for flower pictures, and this time of year the temperature is much better in the shadows.
So that’s what I’m gonna do.
No more walks in perfect light for my person.
It’s shadows from now on.
I bet her camera won’t even work.
***
Hey person, what do you think you’re doing?
It must be some kind of reflex or something.
My person gets her camera out by pure habit.
Oh no.
Stop person!
Don’t click that camera!
Can’t you see you’re wasting your memory card space?
You might need it to take pictures of me.
What is this?
Either my person has lost it, or she can’t see anything in these shadows.
That’s not even a flower.

Bongo I have a devious idea, you are a boy you should pee on the flower while she takes the picture. I could squat over the flower but it would hurt, You could stand back and let her rip. Woof that would be pawsome!

Fredrieka, I do that sometimes. And it works. Until my person finds another flower.

Perhaps the dirt just under that flower would be the perfect place to hide a bone?

Pigs, as long as I can dig the bone up again right away that would be a good spot to hide one.

I think you may have to wait till it’s pitch dark out, B. This person canNOT take a hint. She’s taking pictures of weeds for spite.
Love and licks,

Cupcake, I still might be in trouble because my person might start light painting and it has to be dark to do that.

Here’s an idea Bongo, why don’t you steal her camera and then take your own pictures? [preferably ‘selfies’!!!!!] 🙂

Marina, I’m on it. My person has too many cameras anyway. At least one of them should be mine.

Better be careful, Bongo. Your person might stop taking you to walk on your trails. The back yard gets boring you know.

Patricia, I’m trying to figure out how to get my person to walk me and not her camera.

Oh but I love that kind of lighting! Bongo if you would quit worrying and just enjoy your walks maybe you would be a much more relaxed dog…..just saying…..

Marty, my person can take all the pictures she wants – as long as she does it in a good sniffing spot.

You were a genius, pity your mum is not! Clearly it is worse than you think and she will take a photo of anything!

Dalton, I’m beginning to think that. She even takes pictures of bugs.

Oh Bongo….some of her pictures that you share with us are one of the ways to show us your favorite trails and adventure….please let her hold her camera!

Kevin, I just have to make sure that wherever my person takes pictures is near a good sniffing spot.
