Hey person, someone dumped a pile of dirt on this cactus. Why would they do that? I’m going to have to get to the bottom of this.
.
.
.
.
.
Look, here’s another pile.
And they tried to pile up more dirt on this other plant. At least they missed that cute little cactus over there.
Oh, no. I think the culprit went down this hole. Now how will I find out who did it? If I try to dig whoever it is out, they might go down deeper, and anyway I would be spreading more dirt around.
I think I’ll just wait here and see who comes out.
Check it out person. I’ve found the guilty party. It must have taken this beetle a long time to pile up all this dirt.

Penny, you don’t want to get too near those bugs – they’ll let out a stink – so I’ll just let that one keep digging the dirt.

Bassetmomma, I think that beetle was pretty worn out. He was walking away from all that dirt.

Trixfred30, it’s got to be me because I’m sure that beetle has wandered off by now – or maybe I should go check, that dirt pile might be higher.

Is that true? The beetle was guilty for the dirt? On his/her own? Woooow!!! Impressed!!! Well done Bongo, to find the culprit! Your neighborhood is full of mysteries and adventures! 🙂

Hey Bongo, Jet here.
Most welcome for the award… 🙂
Really? That beetle should get an excavator’s license! I think there’s more detecting to be done!
Bongo
April 20, 2012 at 11:35 am
Hey Jet, you’re right. That beetle should not be moving so much dirt without a license. My person says I need to keep looking too, but I don’t know. Detective Dog is always right.

Hey Bongo, it’s just that the beetle will need some fantastic chiropractor if it keeps moving that amount of dirt solo!

Bongo, the German here. My person said that the beatles worked in a group, sang songs and made records – I maybe this one is on a “back to your roots” vacation? Maybe the other beatles helped him dig that dirt? It’s bugging me to know.
Bongo
April 20, 2012 at 7:50 pm
German, that beatle said he used to work with some other beatles but he’s on his own now. He said he’s having so much fun digging that dirt that he’s going to twist and shout and after that he wants to hold your hand but since you don’t have one he’ll settle for your paw.

Bongo- did your person freak out when the beetle showed itself to the world? Or did your person find the discovery cool? I, myself, would have screamed like a teenage girl…because I find beetles extremely ICKY!

Jessica, I think my person must be used to those beetles because she just leaves them alone.

Mr. Bongo Holmes, I think you are completely right, it must have been the beetle, because when he does the stink, I’m sure all gophers will escape immediately 😀
Bongo
April 22, 2012 at 1:03 pm
Gophers? Did you say gophers, Angels Whisper? I didn’t see any of those. I guess that beetle must have scared them away.

Sunshine, I’m not sure what my person is saying. I’m not sure what bandwidth means. Maybe that server needs a wider rubber band wrapped around it. I could send you one.

Anything Bongo would help! I must have been trying for at least two hours trying to get into my edit page to post something today. Yesterday I just gave up so nothing posted yesterday. Sucks. At least I can visit people and also comment so that is nice. Have a great Sunday Bongo! 🙂

Sunshine, my person says you should call your ISP (whatever that is) – oh, she says Internet Service Provider – if you haven’t already. She says sometimes there’s something they can do to fix the problem. I hope you get it working right again soon.

I will try this. I just thought it was with WordPress since I can open everything from twitter to facebook without a problem. It’s only with editing. Arrgh.
Bongo, I think you should add another dimension to your already busy life: computer tech support, being super dog and all should help. 🙂 Tell your persons thank you very much. And pray that I can send a post out today…:)

Sunshine, praying that everything works out and you can edit a post. My person is having the same problem at the church where she works. The internet has been running really slow. She can get on and do most things, but she can’t upload any files to the web. She’s been uploading her church stuff from home.
