I’m really getting famous. People I’ve never met before know who I am. It would be kind of embarrassing if it wasn’t so much fun.
I was walking along my trails with my person and I was a little way ahead or her. We were coming up on an intersecting trail and a lady came jogging toward me.
Suddenly the lady said, “Bongo!” as if I was her long lost friend and started giving me loves.
Woo woo! This is so cool. Loves that I didn’t ask for from someone I’ve never met before.
Hey person, I bet that never happened to you.
What, person? What are you saying?
She knew me why?
No way.
My person says the other day when I ran off took a walk by myself this lady was on my trails with her dogs and my person asked her to keep an eye out for me.
My person says the lady was happy to see that I was found.
Hey person, I was never lost. I knew where I was the whole time.
And I don’t think that was the same lady. I’m sure the one who gave me loves has been reading my blog and recognized me from my pictures.

Thanks Sweet Kitten. My person just finished up the last of her major projects. Now she has to clean the house. She has some other things coming up but she’s hoping soon that she can visit all our friend’s blogs more often. I’ll try to get her to stop by yours today.

Dear Famous Bongodog…I am sure that you are right..it was because your fame has spread far and wide.Only last week I am sure that I heard your name mentioned by my Queen Elizabeth when she was talking to Philip…so to be mentioned by Royalty…you must surely be famous. Ginger says she wants to go for a walk by herself too! She also says you are right, you are famous!!! She would know you if She saw you! 🙂 You also should demand a raise in food allowance for bringing so much fame to you and your human! The Ginger has spoken!

Bongo, you are HUGELY famous. Everyone knows you and loves you. Just be careful of that running off thing. Humans get really REALLY scared when we do that. I know how they feel. I guess we’d be frightened if they ran off and left us, too!!

Whether your famous or the lady saw you on one of your trails its just great that she thinks you are sweet enough to come over and give you loves. That makes you twice as famous. BTW are you going swimming any time soon?
