I know I’m not supposed to be on the couch, but you’ve got to see this.
Somebody’s boarding up my friend Toby’s house.
.
.
.
.
He’s going to be stuck inside. Or outside. Whatever it is, he won’t be able to go in and out if we let them finish. We’ve got to do something!
What do you mean I can’t go over to Toby’s house right now?
Come on, person. We’ve both got to go. We’ve got to warn Toby and his people that their house is being boarded up.
What if Toby gets stuck inside and he can’t come out and play with me anymore? That would be terrible!
Look! They’ve got that one part of the house all boarded up now. And they’re starting on the rest of the house. The part where the door is.
I’ve got to go over there and warn Toby.
Person, if you don’t let me go I’ve got to bark at him.
I hope he hears me.
Toby, get out of your house quick!
You can come over and play with me. Then when they finish boarding your house up we’ll go over and dig a hole through the door so you can get back in.
Woof woof!
Okay person. I’m getting off the couch now.
I sure hope Toby heard me.

B., you may have to dig Toby out yourself later on. Do you have a hard hat?
Love and licks,

Cupcake, I don’t think I need a hard hat. I have a hard head. I’m heading over to rescue Toby now.

Patrecia, I’m on my way now. It’s raining and I haven’t seen Toby outside. He must be stuck in his house. I’d better bring over some of my digging tools.

Ginger, great idea. I hadn’t thought of that. I’d better get Toby out first though. I’m sure he won’t mind sealing up Scratchy and his cat Bubba inside his house.

Dont worry Bongo, I’m sure that if anything was wrong, your friend Toby would have come to see you right away. Especially since your his best friend, he would want your help if anything was wrong…:-)

Thanks Alex and Penny. I feel better now. Although I haven’t seen him come out of the house at all today. I wonder if it has to do with the rain?

Bongo, you make a good watchdog by keeping an eye on the neighbour(s)hood 😉

Bztraining, thanks for hopping by and commenting. Toby seems to be stuck in his house now, but I think it has something to do with the rain.

It’s hard work being a dog. The other day I had to bark at the neighbor because he was outside when he wasn’t supposed to be!

Rumpy, it sure is a challenge keeping the neighborhood in control. What would the neighbors do without us?

Maybe you should start digging a tunnel just in case Toby’s stuck…

Misaki, that’s a great idea. We’ve had tons of rain today so the ground is nice and soft for digging. If we had a tunnel between our houses we could visit each other whenever we wanted.

I hope he heard you and can get out Ok. His people have to be able to get out too Bongo so they will have to leave a door.

Lexie and Mica, I sure hope they left a door. I haven’t seen anybody come out of there in a couple days. My person says it might have something to do with the rain. I don’t know why. She made me go out in it.

How dangerous Toby’s situation is! Yes you should warm him to get out of his house or two of you might never see each other! Oh no! The boarding up is still on? or has it been finished? Could you make sure if Toby is safe ? *worried look* If not, just call me, I’d fly to there and start digging with you to save Toby!

Kevin, you might have to come over and help me dig. I haven’t seen Toby in a couple days. My person says he’s probably just avoiding all the rain we’ve been having, but she wouldn’t let me avoid it.

How is it possible that your person is so ignorant about the fate of Toby? Save him, dig a tunnel to his house!

Kolytyi, I’m going to start digging right now. It’s been raining a lot so the ground is soft. Perfect for digging.

Dalton, I think Toby is stuck in his house now. I haven’t seen him in awhile. I may have to start digging. My person says it has something to do with all the rain we’ve been having but she makes me go out in it.
