My person and I passed a lady on my trails and she said she thought the trails were Dog Heaven. My trails are pretty special, but I never thought of them that way before. That means that every time I leave my house and head out on my trails I’m in heaven. That means that heaven is right here – right next to my house.
That is so awesome. Someday, way far from now, I won’t have to go to the bother of crossing over the Rainbow Bridge because I’ll just have to walk out to my trails and I’ll be in heaven. There will be other dogs there, and people too, because I always see other dogs and people on my trails.
And I won’t be so far from home, so I can just stop by whenever I want. I can take my people for a walk so they’ll be in heaven too. Hey, I think that means we’re all in heaven every time we go out on my trails.
Hey person, can we go to heaven now?

Mom’s old dog, Smoki is in Heaven. If you see her there, on the trails, give her a snuggle for me, and tell her thanks for helping Mom find me. And tell her I’m trying to be a good girl, like she was.
Love and licks,

Collies and Chuck, thanks. Scratchy never goes on my trails, so he must be looking for a cat heaven. I think it’s the sunny spot we get in the back room in the afternoon.

Hey Bongo, Jet here. Wow, you must get to walk in fantabulous places. Mom said she thinks she’s hiked out in areas like yours. If so, she said the human knows what they’re talking about.

I love seeing your trails Bongo, that’s one of my favorite places. But I have only gotten to see them driving, I have never gotten to walk. The Newfs will not get to see them at all it’s too far. So you and your Mom enjoy them for all of us they’re beautiful. I think heaven will be even more beautiful :-))

Tylers, my person keeps telling me that heaven will be even more beautiful too. I just can’t imagine anyplace more beautiful – except maybe if my trails had a swimming hole too.
