Just when I was losing confidence in all those builders, some of them are coming through.
You probably don’t know what I’m talking about, do you?
Or even what I’m looking at.
Maybe if I get a little closer you’ll be able to see what I’m looking at.
No, not the rocks back there.
I guess I’ve got to explain it to you.
Well a couple weeks ago I was exploring my trails and I found a house that somebody was building for me.
And then a couple days later I found another house being built for me.
There was just one thing wrong.
Neither house had a roof.
This is the rainy season here. I mean, what good is a house without a roof in the rain.
My girlfriends wouldn’t want to come to either of my houses if it meant they would end up wet.
But look! One of my new houses has a roof on it now.
I’d better gather up all my friends.
My new house is waiting for me to move in.

Girlfriends? You still have more than one girlfriend? 🙂

Ingrid, I have a new girlfriend now – named Julie. She’s a cute german shepherd. But you’re one of my girlfriends too.

Do I smell a …PARTY?!!!!!
August 29, 2013 at 1:24 pm
Marina, it’s definitely time for a party. Can you bring the fish?
August 29, 2013 at 10:45 am
Yes Ingrid D, he has loads of them all over the world but he is faithful to each one..isn’t that sweet.
Bongo, my love I think that you should wait a while before moving in…there is no glass in the windows and no curtains…..then I think that you should toddle along and find out who is living there..it may be a case of lots of new cuddles!
August 29, 2013 at 1:25 pm
Patrecia, you might be right. If I wait, someone else might be there too to give me loves. But then I’d have the problem of having to open a door.
August 29, 2013 at 12:45 pm
Bongo, how many rooms does the house have actually…we all fit in, don’t we 🙂
August 29, 2013 at 1:26 pm
Little Binky, I think it might just have one room – but it’s a big room. We’ll all fit.
August 29, 2013 at 12:48 pm
Wow, sweet Bongo that looks like a mighty nice house and big enough for lots of girlfriends. Hugs and nose kisses
August 29, 2013 at 1:27 pm
Chancy and Mumsy, you can come too. We’re gonna have a party!
August 29, 2013 at 2:35 pm
I wouldn’t move in quite yet, B. You’re still missing a wall or two and some windows.
Love and licks,

Cupcake, there’s one advantage to that. I don’t have to get someone to open the door for me.

How nice of them to build a house for you — and that they remembered to slap on that roof. 🙂
August 29, 2013 at 3:33 pm
Donna, I was thrilled when I learned that they’d remembered the roof.

August 30, 2013 at 8:13 am
Woo woo!!! Great to hear that one of your houses now gets a roof! Do you think that if it will have windows, too?
August 30, 2013 at 5:33 pm
Kevin, they’re still working on that house so they’ll probably give it windows. I kind of like it with openings though. I don’t have to wait for anyone to let me in and out.
