No, I didn’t find that. I’m still looking for the dry wash on my trails and it hasn’t shown up anywhere.
But I found a swimming hole. Where the dry wash used to be.
I’ve never found a swimming hole on my trails before.
And now I can do one of my favorite things to do.
.
.
Splashing the water into the air and catching it in my mouth.
Person, they can’t tell what I’m doing in a picture.
Why didn’t you take a video? I’ve always wanted to be in the movies.
But there’s one problem with this swimming hole.
I can’t swim in my swimming hole.
It’s not big enough.
I guess it’s not enough to ask for a swimming hole.
I have to say what size I want too.
It’s not my fault.
Swimming holes are for swimming in. Doesn’t that mean they’re supposed to be big enough to swim in?
Okay, next time I ask for a swimming hole I’ll ask for one I can actually swim in.
What do you mean, I have to get out now?
This might be a too small swimming hole, but it’s still my swimming hole.
I wanna stay.

That swimming hole is the perfect size to stand in, and splash in, but that’s it. I think if it gets big enough for swimming, there will be a whole new set of problems…..

Cupcake, I guess if there was actually enough water to swim in my dog friends who live next to this wash might also be swimming in their back yard.

Patrecia, splashes are good. Especially when I can catch the water in my mouth.

Selima, my mischief is why my person let me start this blog in the first place. I’m full of it. Mischief, that is. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

Little Binky, I think you’re right. My own personal jacuzzi. It even had water running in and out of it to stir things up.

Benny & Lily, maybe I should splash my person then. At least she’d be wet too.

Of course you wanna stay!

Marina, maybe my person thought the swimming hole was too small for both of us. I could have moved over for her.

That looks like a great paddling pool! 🙂

Bassa, I’d ask you to join me for some paddling but I think the two of us would push all the water out of it.

Any luck with your search for a bigger one?

Agata, I’m still looking. I think I might have to expand my search to a new set of trails.

Ginger, that’s a great idea. Then I could get her camera and take pictures of her.

Wow! Splashing the water into the air and catching it in your mouth sounds fun! I’d love to do that!
Hmmmm…yes, you’re right, it’s not big enough to swim in….but looks like “hot spring” or “spa” if the water was warm enough, which is popular in Japan. 🙂

Kevin, my person says there are hot springs or spas in the States too, but not close to my trails. Maybe the sun will come and warm the water in my little swimming hole. In the meantime I’ll keep splashing up the water.

I think this is a beautiful dog-jacuzzi! It’s perfect! You need only a swimming pool and then you can relax in it after a pleasing swim!

Kolytyi, maybe I can dig a big hole in my backyard and put water in it for a swimming pool. Then when I’m tired of swimming I’ll run to my trails and jump in the jacuzzi. Woo woo!
