Yesterday my person left me home alone all day.
Again.
No walk – no nothing. She seems to be doing that a lot lately.
I didn’t tell her I went on a walk with my friend Toby.
I want to make her feel guilty because she didn’t get home until after dark.
And then you know what she did?
She told me it was my fault that she left me all day.
She says I’ve taken her on so many walks that I wore out her hiking boots and she had to get new ones.
So she decided to look for boots near where my younger person lives and visit him while she was down there.
I don’t believe it! My person went to visit my younger person and left me at home.
At least she didn’t use her new hiking boots while she was there. She says it’s still too hot outside at my younger person’s house.
So today I got to help my person test her new boots.
I took her and those new boots out on my trails and she said they worked really well.
She even says her new boots get better traction than her old boots because the old ones were so worn out.
If those boots get better traction that means my person can go more places.
I think I might have to help my person do some more testing of those boots.
I wonder if they’ll stick to steep rocks.
Hmmmm.
Let me see where I can drag take my person now.

Geraldine and Mr. Ched, I’ve got to help my person wear out her new pair of boots. It’s just that it’s hard to do when she’s always leaving me home alone.

Marina, my person and younger person left me today and told me they climbed up a bunch of rocks without me. Totally no fair! Those are my boots to help my person wear out.

Ku, I did get two walks yesterday. One with my neighbor dog Toby and one with my person. But then she took her camera for a walk without me. I don’t get it.

Bongo – you are so smart beyond your years. I wonder if I can use some of that logic to help my mom? She says she needs to walk more. I’m willing to help her out. Perhaps I can start chasing her around the house and in the back yard? Any ideas my friend? XOXO – Bacon

Bacon, get your person a leash and attach it to her. Then run all over the place and she has to follow you. It works for me.

How cool those boots are, Bongo! They look really good for longer walks. I think that I should let my mom get those boots, too so we can go for a longer walk!!!! 🙂

Kevin, don’t let your mom get those boots. My person has been taking her boots and going on longer walks without me. I think she likes her camera better than me.
