This is the third day that my person hasn’t taken me for a walk. And all because of some bug she says she has. I’m not sure what she’s talking about. I don’t see any bugs around her.
And I’m thinking she could just get some bug spray to get rid of that bug if she doesn’t want it. But who am I to know.
At least she’s not hanging out in her bed all the time now, but all she does is sit on the couch and read.
Come on person, at least help me answer some of the comments on my blog.
And then take me for a walk.
It’s kind of nice having my person home all the time, but there’s a few things I miss about having her leave the house.
It’s really hard to get into mischief when she’s here. No messing up the bed, no stealing the cat food, and I can’t even get those treats from the litter box. My person threw all those treats out today. How could she?
Well, I figure if I can’t get into any mischief right now, maybe my toy snake can help me.
My person is going to have a hard time getting stuff out of the printer with a snake in the way.

That’s the ticket Bongo – frighten the living daylights out of your Mom with a fake snake 🙂

Susan, I think the snake frightened the printer more. It didn’t know what to do with that paper it was trying to spit out.

Don’t tell her I said so, but maybe if you sneaked in bed with her she wouldn’t mind a little warm cuddle!!! What you can tell her from me is to drink lots of fluids [a nice eggnog for example!] and get a rest! I hope she gets rid of those bugs soon! Give he a few licks! That might help!
🙂

Thanks Marina. My person says I can’t lay still enough to cuddle in bed with her. I just jump on the bed. That usually gets her out of it. I did kiss her on the ear though.

I hope your mom can get rid of those awful bugs soon, Bongo! Maybe if you take a nap with her it will help?

Remy, I’ve been working on it. I’m actually taking more naps than my person is. I’ve just got to get her back out for a walk.

Holy moley! Mom’s going to have to call an exterminator for the bug AND for the snake!
Bongo
March 3, 2013 at 5:23 pm
FleaByte, I guess those exterminators didn’t do a good enough job when they were in to get the termites.

Bongo, I have to catch up a few posts again, but this sounds serious. I hope your person will get better soon, you just must have a little patience and in the meantime, you play a little with that hairy snake monster 🙂

Angels Whisper, my person says thanks. She’s working on getting better – but she wouldn’t let me play with my snake out in the yard.

I hope your person figures out a way to get rid of that bug she has, but please don’t spray her. Ahha…so I’m not the only one who helps clean up the litter box…Lola

Lola, a long time ago I did a post about cleaning up the litter box and learned that lots of my big dog friends who live with cats do that.

Bugs are fun. In the summer, I like to eat them. Hey! Maybe you can find your person’s tricky bug and eat it! Problem solved! You’re welcome…

The bugs people get are no fun and not easy to get rid of. It’s not like we can wear a flea collar. With your person not feeling well it’s your turn to give the loves…people bugs don’t like loves and they scurry away.

Patricia, I’m working on giving my person lots of loves. I even kissed her ear.

Kolytyi, I guess dog therapy would be better than snake therapy. I’ll go give her some loves now.

Hope your Mom is feeling much better really soon, we know how you miss your walks and now no mischief either. Maybe you need to just find a nice sun puddle 🙂

March 3, 2013 at 5:38 pm
Lexie and Mica, my person did take me in the yard for a sun soak the last couple days, but today I can’t find that sun anywhere.

Why is there a snake on the printer? Sometimes you just have to have patience. She will be better soon.

Dogdaz, I don’t know how that snake got there? My person just went to get her papers out and there it was.

Great to her you human is getting somewhat better. You want mischief throw the snake in her bed and when she pulls back the blankets there it will be.. that will create some mischief!

Ginger, great idea. I’m good at messing up her covers – but the truth is she never made her bed in the first place – but I’ve never left anything in her bed before. I think the snake would like it there.

Chancy, my person is mostly over that bug now. She says thanks for your concern. The snake is one of my favorite toys. It squeaks at both ends.
