One Down – One More Up

I finally got my computer unlocked.

You see, yesterday Gizmo locked up my computer and I wasn’t able to post on my blog.

I hope nobody was worried about me.

Anyway, I’m back now.

And as soon as I finish here I’m going after Gizmo.

Wait! What?

Oh no. There’s something I’ve gotta do first.

I just can’t win.

I finally unravel Gizmo’s mischievous deed and now I just learned that my person has been up to mischief.

She went to a lake today.

Without me.

And what did she do?

She hung out with a gaggle of geese.

She could have at least gone swimming.

Bongo left his blog open.

I’ve always wondered about that.

Oh, this is Gizmo by the way.

I’m the new cat here.

The one that’s putting Bongo in his place.

Scratchy tries alright, but he definitely needs some help.

So that’s where I come in.

But about this blog…

There’s got to be something I can do with this.

Let me see.

Oh, I know.

I’m pretty sure this computer has some pictures of me on it somewhere.

I’ve just got to find where they are.

Here it is!

Bongo will never know what happened to him.

Earth Day at the Computer

What an excuse!

My person has been sitting at the computer all day.

I mean it. All day!

And she says she doesn’t have time to type up my blog post.

So you know what she’s doing?

She says it’s Earth Day today so she’s making me post pictures of flowers on my trails.

Those flowers that she’s always making me sit around for while she takes pictures of them.

I’m surprised we have any flowers since we’ve hardly had any rain in months.

Maybe I should stop watering them.

Scratchy, Get Off!

I have this really cool new dog bed in my dog jail.

But now I have a problem.

You see, I still have an old dog bed.

Right now my old bed has a hole in it, so my person put it by the sewing machine until she gets around to fixing that hole.

But Scratchy decided to take over my bed.

Scratchy, can’t you see that’s a dog bed?

Those are dog paw prints on that bed – not cat prints.

I don’t believe this!

Scratchy gets to sleep anywhere he wants.

He can sleep on any of the couches and even on my person’s bed.

I’m only allowed to sleep on the floor and on my dog beds.

Somehow I feel like a second class citizen.

I only have two dog beds to sleep on and Scratchy has all those nice, comfy places to sleep – and he decides to sleep on one of my beds.

Scratchy, if you don’t hurry up and get off my bed I’m going to give you what for.

I guess that did it.

I scared him off that time.

That’s a much better place for Scratchy. Right in front of the computer screen.

Oh, wait. I hope my person has finished typing up my blog post.

Camera Computer

My person got me a great big computer to write my blog on.

I guess I’d better take back all the complaining I’ve been doing about her lately.

Like about that camera she got. The one that she takes out for walks and leaves me home alone.

But at least she got me a computer.

So now she can take her new camera for walks.

I’ll stay at home and write about all my adventures.

Wait a minute.

How can I have any new adventures if I’m staying at home all the time?

I mean, sometimes things happen at home, but they usually happen somewhere else.

This is bad. This is really bad.

Hey person, you’ve got to leave your camera at home and take me instead.

What good is my new computer if I’ve got no adventures to write about?

What?

What do you mean, it’s not my computer?

It’s in my house, isn’t it?

And I’m the one with the blog, aren’t I?

You got the computer for your new camera?

I don’t believe it!

You take the camera on walks instead of me, and now you got the camera its own computer.

What kind of a camera is this anyway? It doesn’t even have its own blog.

What would it need a computer for?

I’m going to have to do something about this.

Maybe I can go incognito and hide out in the computer.

Then when that camera comes to use it…

I’ll be ready to give the camera what for, and it won’t suspect a thing.

This is Scratchy here. Don’t tell Bongo, but I found the computer on with nobody around. It’s been a long time since I’ve stolen been on Bongo’s blog and I think it’s my turn to get a little attention. After all, why should he have friends all over the world and not me? I want some blogging friends too.

So I’m going to type a little about my adventures. Oh, wait a minute. I don’t have any adventures. What can I tell you about?

Hey, why is this screen black? How do you turn this thing on?

Hey Bongo…

Oops, I can’t ask Bongo how to turn it on. Then he’ll know I was trying to mess with his blog.

No Bongo. I wasn’t using your computer. Why would I want to get on your blog anyway? It’s mostly just read by a bunch of dogs. I was just checking out this stool. It’s pretty comfy.

Bongo, I am getting down now. You can stop jumping.
