A package came for me today.
For me!
Not for my person, or for my younger person.
Not even for the cats.
It came for me.
My friend Rumpy had a contest on his blog awhile back.
I entered it and I won.
I won!
So what’s inside this package?

There’s nothing in here but a bunch of red, white, and blue stuff.
What would I want with that?

What am I gonna do with this package?
And why would Rumpy send me this stuff anyway?
I bet he doesn’t spend his time playing with colored, crinkled paper.

Thanks Marina. I’m lucky to have good friends like Rumpy – and you – and Loretta too. They were really yummy – well, they still are. My person wouldn’t let me eat them all. She put the bag on top of the fridge where I can’t reach it.

They were nommy Marty. Well, they still are. My person only let me have a couple of them and then she put the rest on top of the fridge where I can’t reach them. Maybe you could jump up there and get them down for me.

Awwwww, this is a perfect gift from Rumpy! The coloured paper is meant for Scratchy so that he can play with it and does not occupies your dog jail. The box is for Gizmo – he can move into it instead of sleeping in the bathroom on your favorite spot.

Kolytyi, you’ve got great ideas. I get the treats, Scratchy can bury himself in the paper, and Gizmo can jump into the box. And the cats will think I’m being nice to them.
